What is the Repeat Offender Program?

History

The City of Austin's Repeat Offender Program was implemented in 2013 to improve living conditions in rental properties in Austin. Properties that receive multiple complaints are required to be registered by the owner. The city then conducts yearly inspections to ensure that the owner is complying with city code.
